Kirsten Weisbender leads Commerzbank’s Cultural Change division. Her team brings client-oriented thinking and an innovative, digital mindset to Commerzbank, enabling it to transform into a digital technology business. Prior to her current role, Kirsten spent several years working as the Head of Talent Management at Commerzbank. She has broad experience in HR which she has been able develop over the course of varied HR roles, working both in Germany and abroad, at Commerzbank, A.T. Kearney, and Bosch. Kirsten studied Business Administration at the University of Siegen and has a 13 year old daughter.
