The startups you want to collaborate commercially will not apply for your innovation challenge and will not show up for pitch competitions. They are mature startups and are defined by competence and corporate readiness.

Why Startup Engagement Workshop?
Startup Engagement became an essential part of innovation management approach of established companies. There are many organisational models of startup engagement with different focus & desired outcomes. The ways established companies approach startups for collaboration have evolved significantly. Lately, the focus is being put on enhancing the product portfolio and achieving economies of scale within the core business through optimized processes.
